Banana Greek Yogurt Oat Muffins

Ingredients:
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 ripe bananas
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1.5 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional, or you can skip these to highlight the matcha flavor)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- In a blender, combine all ingredients except the chocolate chips (if using) and blend until smooth.
- Stir in the chocolate chips, then pour the batter into a greased or lined muffin tin.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool and enjoy!
